Applicable to online purchases
We hope you'll be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you're not, you can return it for a refund within 14 days, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. To return your item/s please post to Blume Lifestyle Ltd., 25 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7EW.
You will be responsible for paying your return postage and it is advised that you use a trackable service as the item is your responsibility until received by us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process refunds within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can only exchange items for a different size or if the item is faulty or damaged.
